According to Law 169/08 October 2019, the obligation to use the stamp in relation to state institutions has been eliminated, as follows:

• on declarations, requests, contracts or any other documents or documents submitted to public institutions or authorities or issued or concluded in relation to public institutions or authorities;
• on documents or any other documents issued in the relationship between them and natural persons, legal persons under private law, entities without legal personality.
