Mandatory CPV codes on invoices for public purchases starting with 01.01.2025

Conf. GEO 138 / 2024, starting with 01.01.2025, in the invoices issued for the operations carried out on the basis of some public procurement contracts, of sectoral procurement, works concession and service concession, as well as, as the case may be, public procurement contracts in the fields of defense and security the appropriate CPV codes must be entered provided in the reference nomenclature in the field of public procurement, adopted by Regulation (EC) no. 2.195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 5, 2002 on the Common Vocabulary on Public Procurement (CPV).

CPV stands for Common Procurement Vocabulary and is a numerical symbol specific to a certain product or service.
