Art. 1 - (1) suspend their serving and consumption of food and alcoholic and soft drinks, organized by restaurants, cafes and other public places, in spaces designed for this purpose inside or outside the premises.

(2) It is permissible to be held by the entities referred to in paragraph. (1) trading activities of food and alcoholic and soft drinks, which do not require customers to remain on the premises for this purpose, such as those of "drive-in", "room service" and customer delivery.

Art. 2 - Suspend all cultural, scientific, artistic, religious, sporting, entertainment or gambling, spa treatment and personal care products made indoors.
