Rate of 5% for accommodation and restaurant effective from November 1, 2018

Conf. GEO 89/2018 regarding certain fiscal measures and amending and supplementing certain acts, as of November 1, 2018 applied rate of 5% for the following services:

• accommodation in the hotel sector or similar sectors, including the rental of land for camping;
• restaurant and catering services, excluding alcoholic beverages other than beer falling within CN code March 22, 00 10;

Thus, accommodation service restaurant and catering services excluding alcoholic beverages other than beer falling within CN code March 22, 00 10 is reduced share of 9%, as is currently 5%.
